Upcoming Events & Important Dates

Back to School Night

Please join us for Back-to-School Open House on Thursday, Aug. 28th from 4:00-6:30pm.

This special event will be an opportunity for students to meet their new teacher, visit the classroom, and drop off school supplies.  The PTA will be selling ice cream and students may reconnect with friends on the playground.  Class lists will be posted in the cafeteria at the beginning of Open House; it’s important that families plan to attend Open House if they would like to learn the name of their child’s teacher prior to the first day of school.  Supply lists for the coming year are available on our school website. 

 

PTA

The PTA (Parent Teacher Association) is an organization comprised of parents who collaborate with school staff to support the school and promote the welfare of children and youth in the community.  The PTA sponsors a variety of events, organizes fundraising, and produces the yearbook.

The PTA meets the third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the school library.  All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.  This is a great opportunity to get involved, give input, and learn more about school programs.
